What information do we collect?

- Phone Numbers (optional)
- Payment information (sometimes)
So we can give you the information you have requested, we ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment information. Only names and email addresses are required in order to send you information at your request, unless charges apply, when we will also ask for information needed to process a payment.
How will we use the information you give us?
We use your name and email address to send you the information that you have requested. If you decide to give us your phone number, we may use it to contact you directly to see if you need legal services. If you give us payment information, we will only use that information to process the payments you have agreed to.
We won’t share your information with anyone else.
We never sell, rent out, or share information about you to anyone else except for vendors we use to contact you. We do use services to send out emails to you from us—such as Infusionsoft, AWeber, Constant Contact, and of course, Kajabi—and we are careful to only use companies that safeguard your privacy as carefully as we do. We will never allow anyone else to contact you (except someone acting for us) based on information we collect from our web site.
How do I opt out or remove myself from your list?
At the end of every email we send to you, there are instruction on how to remove yourself from our list. Or, you can always Contact us directly and ask us to take you off the email list. (Note that the Florida Bar requires us to keep some information about anyone who’s given us information about a confidential legal matter, to protect them and others from conflicts of interest).
